Dear HP Partner

Welcome to the HP Brainwalk Challenge 2025, we’re focusing on sustainability by planting trees to benefit the environment and climate, and you and your colleagues get to decide how many!

From 12-23 May, we challenge you to walk as many steps as possible. Along the way, you can earn 2,500 extra steps for every question you answer correctly. So, it’s great exercise for both legs and brain.

For every 30,000 steps walked, we plant a tree in collaboration with the NGO Trefadder.

It’s a step in the right direction, so we hope you’ll join us.

Fill out the form above and you will receive an email with a QR code from us. Download the Wellbeing+ app, scan the QR code and register as a user.

Want to document your efforts when you walk for more trees? We’ll create a photo gallery where you can show pictures from a walk, a bike ride or any other volunteer activity where you make a difference for the environment and climate.

Every step count for our great partners in the HP Brainwalk Challenge 2025.

Of course, HP is also entering a strong team. So, keep up the pace, we’ll be right behind you (but of course we can’t win prizes). The Wellbeing+ app keeps track of your steps day by day.

Use your favourite device as a pedometer
Simply select the device you use to track your steps and connect it to MoveSpring. But if your legs aren’t the fastest, your brain might be.

Because every day you can go even further with raw brain power. As a participant, you’ll receive a tricky knowledge question that can increase your daily distance by 2,500 bonus steps if you answer correctly. Your bonus points are added to your balance of diligent “walking steps”!

We plant a tree for every 30,000 steps you walk in collaboration with the non-profit organisation Plant a Tree. There are also great prizes up for grabs. Read more on the sign-up page, which you can access via the sign-up button below.

From 12 May, you can follow the score and your position in the HP Brainwalk 2025 Scoreboard.

BEST COMPANY (2 winners)

ICE CREAM

The winners of the competition will receive ice cream for all participants at the HP partner. The winners are the HP partner with the highest average number of steps in the competition and the HP partner with the highest total number of steps achieved by the participants. We will come after the competition and by agreement with the winning partner. Follow the Scoreboard daily to increase your chances of becoming this year's winner of the HP Brainwalk Challenge 2025. An HP Partner cannot win both categories. If the same HP partner is the best in both categories, the runner-up in the category with the most total steps will be declared the winner instead.

NOTE! There must be a minimum of 5 participants to participate in the company competition. Partners with less than 5 participants can still participate in the individual competition and win prizes. You still need to sign up for the Wellbeing+ app as usual.

Photo competition

Enter the photo competition for extra prizes. Take a photo of your everyday climate and environmental efforts. It could be a photo of rubbish collection, a bike ride, or a walk.

Submit it for a chance to win: Explorer outdoor hiking backpack, 26L and PVC free. The winner will be announced on the Gallery page.

30 AWARDS

Individual prizes

There will be prizes up for grabs during the competition period for all individual participants who go the extra mile. The 30 participants with the highest average of all physical steps and bonus steps will receive a foldable quilted picnic blanket in 100% recycled PET material.
