Rules and regulations

PREPARATION:

• Download the Wellbeing+ app for FREE on your mobile : iOS – Android
• Fill in the form and you will receive an email with a QR code from us. Download the Wellbeing+ app, scan the QR code and register as a user.
• Important: Remember to register with your work email.
• There must be a minimum of 5 participants to participate in the company competition. Partners with less than 5 participants can still participate in the individual competition and win prizes. This will happen automatically.

The HP Brainwalk Challenge 2025 kicks off on 12 May and the competition is to collect the most steps between 12 May and 23 May 2025. There are two ways to collect steps:

• The Wellbeing+ app counts your physical steps. Only steps in the Wellbeing+ app count towards the competition. Therefore, always carry your phone or device with the Wellbeing+ app installed.

• By answering the daily knowledge questions correctly, you can add 2500 bonus steps.

Steps are calculated as a daily average, and you can follow your status at the scoreboard.

Prize categories:

There are three categories to win prizes in:

• Best company, 2 winners (average of all participants’ physical steps and bonus steps & all participants’ physical steps and bonus steps) – Ice cream. An alternative winning prize may be considered if there are logistical or other reasons why the winning prize cannot be delivered to the winning partner
• The 30 best individual participants average of all participants’ physical dirt and bonus steps): Prize: Foldable quilted picnic blanket in 100% recycled PET material., see below for prize value.
• Photo competition for extra prizes will be drawn continuously on weekdays, prizes will be sent after the competition. Prize:Explorer outdoor hiking backpack, 26L and PVC free. See below for prize value.

All participating partners receive a certificate with the number of trees they have helped to plant.  We plant a tree for every 30,000 steps you walk in collaboration with the NGO Trefadder.

We encourage fair play. If you deliberately cheat or attempt to hack the game, we reserve the right to exclude participants and they will be disqualified from the competition and deprived of the opportunity to win prizes. We reserve the right to change the rules at any time.

By participating in the HP Brainwalk Challenge 2025, you agree that your username and company name will be displayed for as long as the game is active. Winning company/individual winners will be drawn immediately after the competition ends on 23/5-2025. Prizes will be sent without exception to the main address of the company where the participant is employed, attn: sales management. The prizes do not exceed a value of €40, – incl. VAT. HP merchandise may have a higher value. Reporting of any tax on prizes is the responsibility of the participating companies.
